I enjoyed the comfortable room and the attentive staff. They helped me with my needs during my stay. The location was close to popular spots, making it easy to explore the area.

ideal base for exploring iconic landmarks and vibrant cafés
I loved how easy it was to stroll to the Torre Latinoamericana and visit the beautiful Metropolitan Cathedral of Mexico City, both just a short walk away, making my weekend explorations truly enjoyable. plus, the staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring I felt at home during my stay. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the quiet environment, which allowed me to relax after a long day of walking and sightseeing, but there could be improvements in soundproofing as I occasionally heard noise from the hallways.

The rooftop hot tub provided a nice spot to relax after a long day of exploration, creating an inviting oasis to unwind. The vibrant decor throughout the hotel felt like an art gallery, adding a unique touch to the ambiance.
The room in the duplex suite felt cramped without any windows, forcing me to navigate through a tight space to reach the bed, which is stacked above another. There was no adequate air conditioning, only a noisy fan, leading to uncomfortable nights with stale air. the few faucets in the bathroom took an eternity to provide water, while the shower had unpredictable temperatures ranging from ice cold to scalding hot, making it a frustrating experience overall.

The private rooftop jacuzzi made my stay really special. I loved the modern design and vibrant decor throughout the hotel. It felt welcoming and relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent for hitting the city center and nearby attractions. However, cleaning fell short. I found hair in the bathroom sink and the floor wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival. It’s a simple fix that management needs to address. Also, while I had no issues with the noise level during my stay, I could see how it might be bothersome for others. The beds were comfortable, and I slept well. I’ll definitely consider staying here again.
